House Pressure Washing & Soft Washing in Lexington, Columbia & Lake Murray
Green streaks, black mildew and gray film build up fast on South Carolina homes. Whether you call it house pressure washing, power washing or soft washing, we clean your siding with the safest method for each surface: low pressure and a cleaning solution on siding, so algae and grime come off without blasting it.

Who This Is For
- Homeowners whose siding has green or black streaks, especially on the north and shaded sides
- Lake-area homes where humidity keeps algae coming back
- Anyone getting a house ready to sell, paint or host an event
- Property managers and businesses with sided, brick or stucco buildings
How It Works
- We look at your home, the siding type and any problem spots, and give you a free quote.
- We wet down plants and cover or move what needs protecting.
- We apply a cleaning solution at low pressure and let it work on the algae and mildew.
- We rinse the house from the top down, then walk it with you to check the finish.
Residential & Commercial
For homes
For homes we wash the siding, trim, soffits, fascia, porch ceilings, shutters and doors. We rinse plants and landscaping before and after, and we keep the work around windows and electrical fixtures gentle.
For businesses
For offices, retail, churches, HOAs and multi-family buildings we can schedule around business hours and wash large wall areas efficiently. Tell us about your building in the quote form.
Soft wash vs. pressure wash on siding
Pressure washing relies on force. On vinyl, painted wood, fiber cement and stucco, that force can drive water behind the siding, strip paint and leave streaks or marks. Soft washing relies on the cleaning solution to do the work and uses only enough pressure to apply and rinse it.
We still use higher pressure where it is the right tool, such as concrete and brick patios, but not on your walls.

House Washing FAQs
Will soft washing damage my siding or landscaping?
Soft washing is designed to be gentle on siding because it uses low pressure. We protect and rinse your plants before and after, and we tell you in advance if anything on your property needs special care.
How long does a house wash take?
Most homes take a few hours, depending on size and how much buildup there is. We will give you an idea when we quote the job.
Do I need to be home?
Usually not. We need access to an outside water spigot and a clear path around the house. Close your windows and bring in anything delicate from the porch.
Do you offer yearly maintenance plans?
Yes. We offer yearly plans that stay ahead of mold and mildew. Ask us about one when you request your quote.
How often should I wash my house?
In our humid climate many homeowners clean every one to two years, and sooner on shaded or lake-facing sides. Our blog post on washing frequency goes into detail.
