Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Usually not. We need access to an outside water source and a clear path around the property. We will confirm details when we schedule.
Do you offer yearly maintenance plans?
Yes. We offer yearly maintenance plans that stay ahead of mold and mildew, and gutter and window cleaning can be added every six months. Ask us about a plan when you request a quote.
